RAW Explore 

Crawling to 2 years

This class includes action songs and hand apparatus to warm up, a variety of circuit stations set up and led by the coach to introduce your baby to world of gymnastics. Babies will then have some free time to explore and then we finish with sensory activities like parachute play and bubbles.  

 

RAW Wrigglers

18 months - 3 years

This parent and child class includes a group action song warm up and basic shapes practice. Your little wrigglers are then given guided free play time on the apparatus, where the coach will encourage them to try the activities set out and learn all the basic fundamentals of gymnastics through play and fun. We then finish the class with parachute play and bubbles.

 

RAW Rollers

Aged 3 to 4 years.

This class has your child rolling into independence and participating without a parent. Each week they will be learning basic gymnastics skills and movements by following fun circuits and activities set out. These will cover the following four areas: Acrobatics, vault & rebound, hanging & climbing and balancing. We then finish the class with parachute play.

 

Foundation

Aged 4 to 7 years

This class starts with an interactive game, stretches and basic shapes practice. Each week they will be learning basic gymnastics skills and movements by following fun circuits and activities set out. These will cover the following four areas: Acrobatics, vault & rebound, hanging & climbing and balancing.
